Pilates power gym reviews

I really love this machine and the ease of how it works is great. I have many restrictions with my back and shoulder, however this machine works great! One concern I have is one of the clips was bent and I had to send it in already. I am still waiting for a replacement. That is why it is only getting 3 stars

Love this unit. Plus when I had a very small customer service issue, the customer service at Amazon far exceeded any expectations I had. Unit is great for small spaces. Wish it had more DVD options, even to purchase!

This is the best gym product I have ever bought. I can’t stay away from it, working out in the morning and before bed (stretching). It really is hard to believe I am working out but always sore the next day, get one!

The stretching you will do on this machine will make you feel good even if you don’t do anything else. It takes up little space and the illustrations are easy to follow. So far, no clothes have been hung on it

I would give this a five except for 2 very important exercise information that is missing This machine is so easy to use but the DVD’s lack 2 things that should be included and that is the breathing and Core strenghing exercise. I am sure if I know what I am looking for I could find them but I think this is a big minus for this product. Those are 2 aspects of Pilates that are probably the most important and they seem to be left out. If anyone has any idea of where I can get this information to go along with this machine then I would consider the machine perfect. Would love to hear from anyone…I need back strengthing exercises

This product is everything I was looking for in a compact piece of exercise equipment. It is easy to use and I love the pilates exercise dvds.I am getting a great workout with this and would highly recommend it to everyone.

I highly recommend the PPG. After only a few minutes, you will be exercising. The resistance bands make a big difference and allow you to vary the intensity.

Pilates Power GymI love the variety of exercises I can do – quick results with a focused workout and it’s great for stress management! The power cords are easy to adjust and the incline angles are comfortable. The handgrips are very ergonomic, well padded and it is extremely easy to change positions and intensity of resistance. I look forward to my evening sessions after work and find it relaxing. I’m even sleeping better! It’s great to do while listening to music.
