Pilates Power GymI love the variety of exercises I can do – quick results with a focused workout and it’s great for stress management! The power cords are easy to adjust and the incline angles are comfortable. The handgrips are very ergonomic, well padded and it is extremely easy to change positions and intensity of resistance. I look forward to my evening sessions after work and find it relaxing. I’m even sleeping better! It’s great to do while listening to music.
